This Refund Policy defines the terms and procedure for refunds for e-books in PDF, EPUB, and FB2 formats purchased on our website.

2. Refund Conditions

Since e-books are digital goods that cannot be physically returned, refunds are only possible in the following cases:

  • The e-book file is corrupted or does not open in recommended reading applications.
  • An incorrect or different file was provided that does not match the order.
  • The same book was purchased twice due to a technical error.

3. Refund Procedure

To request a refund, you must:

  1. Send a request to support@e-books.download with the order number and reason for the refund.
  2. Attach a screenshot or other proof of the issue.
  3. Wait for a response within 3 business days.

4. Refund Processing Time

If the refund request is approved, the funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the purchase within 5-10 business days, depending on the bank or payment system policy.

5. Exceptions

Refunds are not issued in the following cases:

  • If the book was successfully downloaded and contains no defects.
  • If the customer changed their mind after the purchase.
  • If technical issues arise due to third-party software or user devices.
